มีโอกาสได้แวะไปเที่ยว + เยี่ยมญาติที่จังหวัดลพบุรี เป็นเมืองที่มีอัตราการเจริญเติบโตค่อนข้างสูง วัดได้จากร้านกาแฟ และร้านอาหารที่มากขึ้น (ฮา) ร้านที่จะรีวิวในวันนี้เป็นคนพื้นที่แนะนำเลยว่า “ถ้าเธอชอบขนมและกาแฟอร่อยต้องมาลองร้านนี้” นั่นก็คือ WEiP Cafe Lopburi อะ…งั้นก็ไปลองละกัน

คาเฟ่ลพบุรีร้านนี้ตั้งอยู่ติดริวถนนราเดโช ตัวป้ายอาจจะสังเกตยากนิดนึง ขอให้สังเกตร้านสีขาวไซส์น่ารัก ส่วนใครที่เป็นนักท่องเที่ยวตั้งใจแวะมาชิม หรือไม่ใช่คนพื้นที ขอแนะนำว่าเปิด Google Maps มาจะแม่นที่สุด (สารภาพว่าขนาดแม่เราคนพื้นที่ยังหลง -_- แม่บอกว่าไม่ได้มาแถวนี้นานแล้ว) ด้านในร้านจะมีโต๊ะใหญ่-เล็ก ตามจำนวนคนไป มีขนมและเค้กที่อยู่ในตู้ และสั่งทำสดใหม่ เสียดายว่าลืมถ่ายด้านในร้านมา
มาร้านกาแฟ ก็ต้องสั่งกาแฟใช่ไหม เราให้คนรับออเดอร์แนะนำเมนูกาแฟ จนได้มาเป็น Iced Caramel Macchiato ดูดเข้าไปอึกแรก อร่อยแฮะ กาแฟรสชาติดี ไม่ขมไม่เปรี้ยวจนเกินไป ตัวคาราเมลที่ใส่มาก็ไม่หวานโดดจนเกินไป ส่วนพี่สาวเราสั่งเป็น Iced Matcha นางบอกว่าอร่อย แต่ถ้าพูดถึงความเข้มข้น ยังไม่โดนใจ
กินคราวไม่กินหวาน สันดาน… ยอมไม่ได้ เลยลองค้นหาเมนูแนะนำของร้านนี้ตามบทความรีวิว (ของคนอื่น) มา 4 คนเลยสั่งขนมทำสดไป 2 อย่างคือ “โทสต์ชาโคลชาไทยไข่เค็ม” และ “แพนเค้กซูเฟล่” และขอบอกว่าอย่าไปตอนหิวจัด เจ้าของร้านจะบอกกับทุกโต๊ะแล้วว่า เนื่องจากเป็นเมนูทำสด และประณีต จะใช้เวลาทำนานกว่าตัวอื่น ๆ โดยเฉพาะเจ้าแพนเค้กซูเฟล่ ส่วนตัว ไม่เป็นไร เรารอได้ เราอิ่ม (จากข้าว) มาแล้วจ้า อิอิ
จานแรกก็มาในเวลาที่ต้องการอย่าง “โทสต์ชาโคลชาไทยไข่เค็ม” พอใช้มีดกรีดลงไปในเนื้อขนมปังเท่านั้นละ ไส้ลาวาชาไทยไข่เค็มที่อยู่ด้านไหน ก็ไกลทะลักออกมา ดีจัง ไม่หวงไส้เลย ถ้าให้รีวิวรสชาติแบบไม่อวย ก็บอกเลยว่าอร่อยมาก กินแล้วไม่เลี่ยน ยิ่งกินคู่กับไอศครีมรสช็อกโกแลต ครัมเบิ้ล และวิปครีม (เสียดายที่อดถ่ายตอนกรีดเนื้อขนมปัง เพราะไปกับครอบครัว เกรงใจ ^ ^) แต่การันตีว่าอร่อยจริง
กินเมนูแรกผ่านไปสักพัก อย่างที่สองก็มา “แพนเค้กซูเฟล่” เนื้อแพนเค้กฟูนุ่มสุดๆ มีกลิ่นไข่ชัดเจน รสสัมผัสจะแตกต่างจากขนมแพนเค้กทั่วไป เพราะถ้าทั่วไปเนื้อจะแน่นๆ แต่ถ้าเป็นตัวแพนเค้กซูเฟล่ จะมีความนุ่มละลายไปเลย จากนี้เสิร์ฟกินคู่กับไอศครีมวานิลลา ผลไม้ และวิปครีม ราดด้วยเมเปิ้ลไซรัป หลังจากถ่ายเสร็จเมนูนี้ก็ถูกจ้วงลง และหมดลงไปอย่างไว
สรุปค่าเสียหายอยู่ที่ประมาณ 400 กว่าบาท (น้ำ 2 ขนม 2) ถือว่าไม่แพง แต่ก็ไม่ถูก แต่ด้วยรสชาติ ก็โอเคกว่าหลายๆ ร้านในกรุงเทพอยู่นะ เอาเป็นว่า ถ้าใครได้แวะมาเที่ยวลพบุรี หรือผ่านจังหวัดนี้แล้วหิวขนม ก็ควรแวะ WEiP Cafe Lopburi นะจ๊ะ
